  • How do I purchase tickets?
    You can easily purchase tickets through our website by selecting your preferred escape room and booking time. We accept payments via credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team at (918) 324-0151 to book tickets over the phone.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit?
    While we recommend booking in advance, you can buy tickets on the day of your visit if there is availability. However, our rooms often fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so we advise securing your spot early.
  • Are there any discounts available on tickets?
    Yes! We offer discounts for foster families, military personnel, and large groups. Additionally, look out for seasonal promotions or special offers available on our website or via our social media channels.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we offer gift cards that make the perfect gift for any occasion. You can purchase them directly through our website, and they are redeemable for any escape room experience.
  • What’s included in the ticket price?
    The ticket price includes the full escape room experience for your selected game, with a game master to guide you through the experience and provide hints if needed. Once you finish your escape room, you are welcome to stick around and enjoy our café and free board games.
  • Do I book private or public tickets?
    A private ticket will book out the entire room for up to max players allowed. A public ticket is per person entry. Public tickets come with the possibility of being paired with another group.
  • Will I be in a room with people I don’t know?
    That is totally up to you! If you are a group of 2 or 3 and would be open to playing with other people, simply book those spots in the room as public tickets and the other spaces will still show as "open". If you would prefer to play alone, you will need to book out the room as private. Groups of 4 or more automatically close out the room to other bookings and will be considered private.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Once you have booked a room, we do not offer refunds - however if you have booked a room and you cannot make it, give us a call at (918) 324-0151 and we would be happy to reschedule you for a different time. For high traffic bookings such as holidays and weekends, payment in advance may be required to hold the spot.
  • How much does it cost?
    All rooms cost $40 per person to play, or $150 to book a private room for just your party.
  • Where is your venue located?
    Our venue is conveniently located at 7715 E 91st ST Suite D Tulsa, OK 74133. That is on the northwest corner of 91st St South and Memorial Ave, right behind The Brook Restaurant. We are easily accessible and have ample parking available for visitors.
  • Is there parking available at your venue?
    Yes! We offer free parking at our venue. There are designated parking spots available right next to the entrance, making it easy for you to arrive and enjoy your experience.
  • Are the escape rooms accessible for people with disabilities?
    Yes, all of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. There are some puzzles and objectives that require a teammate to duck under or crawl through, but once that is done the wheelchair can continue on. Please contact us ahead of time so we can arrange the best experience for you and ensure that our facilities meet your needs.
  • Do you have restroom facilities on-site?
    Yes, we have clean and well-maintained handicap accessible restroom facilities available for all guests at the venue.
  • What are your hours?
    Below are our normal hours in which we offer bookings. You may book through our website or call (918) 324-0151 to confirm our availability. - Monday & Tuesday: 4:00pm to 10:00pm - Wednesday: Closed - Thursday & Friday: 4:00pm to 10:00pm - Saturday: 10:00am to 10:00pm - Sunday: 2:00pm to 8:00pm
  • What is an escape room?
    An escape room is an immersive, interactive experience where participants are “locked” in a themed room and must work together to solve puzzles, find clues, and complete challenges to escape within a set time limit (usually 60 minutes). It’s an exciting way to test your problem-solving skills and teamwork!
  • What can I expect during my escape room experience?
    Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and checked in. After that, you and your team will enter your themed room, and be given a brief overview of the game rules. You will then begin solving puzzles, finding clues, and working together to escape before the clock runs out!
  • How long does an escape room game last?
    Each escape room experience lasts 60 minutes. You’ll have exactly one hour to solve all the puzzles and escape, but don’t worry—you’ll have a game master watching and ready to provide hints if you need help!
  • What happens if we don’t escape in time?
    If you don’t manage to escape in the allotted time, don’t worry! Our game masters will let you know how much time you have left and provide you with the opportunity to try again in future visits.
  • Are the escape rooms scary?
    While some of our rooms have louder elements, we cater to a range of preferences and none of them are scary. We do theme some of our rooms around Halloween, and at that time there is more of a scary vibe to fit the season. You can always check the theme details in advance or contact us to choose a room that fits your desired experience.
  • Will I be locked inside?
    No way! All our doors are unlocked to access emergency exits and you are free to leave at any time. The time on your clock, however, will not stop. We encourage you to make any "pit stops" before you enter the room, but you are free to exit as you need to without any penalty.
  • How many people can participate in a game?
    Our escape rooms can accommodate groups of 2 to 10 players, depending on the room. If you have a larger group, we can recommend multiple rooms for a competitive or collaborative experience.
  • Are the rooms suitable for children?
    The puzzles in our room are geared toward those that are a little older and able to help with solving. However, we would never want to leave out our littlest escapees! All ages are welcome, but those under the age of 16 will need to have a parent or guardian in their group.
  • Is there an age limit?
    For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we recommend that participants under 18 be accompanied by an adult.
  • What if I’m running late?
    Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though your game time may be shortened.
  • Are there any rules or restrictions?
    For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that you follow these basic rules: No use of mobile phones inside the rooms. No physical force or tampering with the room’s equipment. Respect all participants and our staff.
  • Can I book an escape room for a private event?
    Yes, we offer private bookings for events like birthdays, team-building activities, or special celebrations. You can reserve one or more rooms depending on the size of your group.
  • Do you offer team-building packages for companies?
    Absolutely! Our escape rooms are ideal for corporate team-building exercises. We can customize packages for large groups, offering a unique and fun way to improve communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • How many people can you accommodate for a large group event?
    We can accommodate groups of up to 26 players, with multiple rooms available for booking at the same time. If you have a larger group, we can work with you to create a customized event that includes games, activities, and breaks.
  • Do you host birthday parties or other celebrations?
    Yes! We love hosting birthday parties and other special celebrations. We offer packages that include themed decorations, personalized experiences, and even cake or party favors. Contact us for details and to plan the perfect celebration.
  • What is the best way to book for a large group?
    For large groups or special events, we recommend booking in advance.
